Do you do any telemarketing?

No. Yellow Pages United has never solicited businesses on the phone. There are Yellow Pages companies that do that however we are not one of them. Yellow Pages United advertises its business through direct mail pieces and online ads only.

What is this solicitation for?

It is an invitation to be included in the Yellow Pages United directory, a bi-annually published national business-to-business directory and Internet Yellow Pages, as well as BizYellow.com, which gives your business a custom webpage that gets found on all major search engines. If you would like to be included, simply make any corrections, sign, and mail or fax it back to us on our toll free fax line. If you are not interested, then simply disregard the form and you won't receive an invoice.

The basic price is on the bottom of the invitation that you have and in the terms and conditions on the back.

Is this free? / I want the free listing.

Generally, Yellow Pages United does not have a free listing. All listings are paid before any free additional services are added.

What is this invoice for?

The invoice is for inclusion in our national business-to-business Yellow Pages directory, Internet Yellow Pages and BizYellow.com. Someone from your office returned an order form to us, which then generated the invoice.

I just paid my invoice. Why do I now have a renewal statement?

This is a renewal Invoice for our next edition of the book. We publish 2 books a year, one in February and one in August. We send the invoices out now so that we can update our records and prepare our next edition of the book.

When do I have to pay this?

This payment is due now, however if you would like to pay at a later date please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-355-6101 to have your account put on hold for payment at a later date.

You may want to be included in this national directory because you get 1) national advertising in a Yellow Pages book, 2) a listing in our web directory and 3) a custom webpage that gets found on major search engines. If your company could benefit from 24/7 national advertising, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Who gets this a copy of this book?

All paid subscribers, public libraries, chambers of commerce, tourist information centers, hotels, restaurants, and any others that request a copy. It is a National Edition so it is distributed across the whole of the US. Of course, anyone with an internet connection can access your website listing.

I don't remember ordering this.

Invoices are only generated upon receiving our solicitation back from you. You can make a cancellation at any time you like, however, the only way you can receive an invoice is if someone from your office has returned a solicitation form to us. More info.
