Our 5 Step Business Process
Solicitation
Yellow Pages United mails an order form to potential customers. It is a three part package consisting of the outer envelope, an order form and order reply card. The form contains all of the necessary information about the offer including price, terms and prospective business information to be listed in the directory and website. Businesses that do not wish to be listed simply discard the form.
Customer Order & Response
Recipients of the order form complete the order reply card, making any changes or additions necessary. The form is then signed and sent back to our processing center to start the order process.
Order Processing
Once Yellow Pages United receives the order reply card, it is date stamped, scanned and entered into the system. The scanned copy is used to be placed on the invoices as a copy of order. Customer corrections and additional information such as fax numbers, toll-free numbers, company slogans, e-mail and websites are added to the listing information at this time and completes the ordering process.
Invoicing
You will only receive an invoice if you returned the Yellow Pages United order form described in step 1. A scanned copy of the order appears on the invoice. The first invoice will be mailed in approximately 21 days from the time it was entered into our system. The invoice contains all of the account activity such as current billing cycle, business information, payment history, copy of order and edition information.
Publication
The company information provided by the customer on the order form is published in three Yellow Pages United products: YellowPagesUnited.com is our online business directory. BizYellow.com is our web site that gives you your own business web page that is optimized to be found by search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Many of our business pages are found on the first page of the search engine being used. Your company information also appears in the print edition of The Business Book which is a business-to-business directory.
